Questions people ask us most
Still unsure about something? A licensed expert is happy to answer, with no obligation at all.
How much does your help cost?
Nothing. Our help is 100% free to you. Licensed agents are paid by the insurance companies, so you pay the exact same premium whether you enroll with us or on your own, but with us you get an expert in your corner.
When can I enroll or switch plans?
Most people first enroll during the 7 months around their 65th birthday. After that, the Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 to December 7 each year, and a Special Enrollment Period can open if you move, lose coverage, or qualify for Extra Help.
What's the difference between Advantage and a Supplement?
A Medicare Advantage plan bundles everything into one plan, often $0 premium, using a network of doctors. A Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plan pays the gaps Original Medicare leaves and lets you see any doctor that accepts Medicare. We compare both for you.
Will I have to switch my doctor?
Not if we can help it. Before you ever enroll, we check that your current doctors and pharmacies are in-network for any plan we recommend, so there are no surprises.
